Product name: Brass Press Fitting for Pex-Al-Pex Pipe.
Raw material: Brass (copper content: 57%), EPDM O-Ring, plastic gasket.
Features and advantages:1). Press fitting connections are made with a proper pressure tool by a mechanicaldeformation of the stainless steel pressure sleeve.2). Before being pressed the pressure sleeve is tightly fixed to the plastic stop,simplifying the installation and protecting the fittings and seal rings fromdamages during transport and handling. 3). Three holes on the stainless steel pressure sleeve, permits to check the contactbetween the pipe and the fitting end.4). The two seal rings on the insert secure the tightness between the insert andthe inner pipe wall. Material E.P.D.M. Instead of black rubber prolong the connectiondurability.5). High quality brass rod as material, cold cut and hot forge processing, compactstructure without defect.
